Stablecoin rates and top-ups

01

Keep a record of the payment

Keep the invoice number, order reference and payment confirmation together. Use the payment status in your account when following up on a transfer.

02

Compare payment costs in NGN

For the same CNY amount received, compare the total cost in NGN, including payment fees and any currency purchase. A reference exchange rate alone does not include all of those costs.

Payment questions

01Which bank details should I use?

Use the supplier’s business account for the invoice currency. Confirm any change of account directly with a contact you already know before paying.

02Which currency should I enter?

Enter the amount in the currency shown on the supplier’s invoice. For this CNY calculation, use the yuan amount. Do not enter its NGN equivalent as though it were yuan.

03What can delay a payment?

Bank processing, public holidays and requests for additional recipient or invoice information can delay crediting. Keep the supplier’s contact details and invoice available if a question arises.
