Stablecoin rates and top-ups

01

Should I pay a deposit or the full invoice?

Use the payment schedule agreed with the supplier. For a deposit, enter the amount currently due and keep the invoice or order reference linking it to the purchase.

02

Keep a record of the payment

Keep the invoice number, order reference and payment confirmation together. Use the payment status in your account when following up on a transfer.

Payment questions

01Does Unigox inspect or insure the goods?

No. Unigox handles the payment. Supplier checks, inspections, shipping and cover for the goods need to be arranged separately.

02The supplier sent a different bank account. What should I do?

Confirm the new account with a supplier contact you already know. If the account holder differs from the invoicing company, ask for an explanation and supporting documents before preparing the payment.

03Why can the payment cost more than the converted amount?

Converting CNY to PHP at the reference rate estimates the invoice value. The payment total also depends on the provider’s exchange rate, fees and how you obtain the currency used to pay.
