How the payment works

  1. 01

    Add your supplier

Enter the company name and USD bank details. Choose the country where the account is held.

  2. 02

    Enter the invoice

Enter the invoice amount in USD and what the payment is for. Check that the beneficiary matches the invoice.

  3. 03

    Pay from your wallet

Choose USDT or USDC from your Unigox Wallet. Review the amount to pay and the fee before confirming.

  4. 04

    Follow the transfer

Track the payment in your account. If the receiving bank asks for documents, your supplier will need to provide them.

01

Pay a Chinese supplier’s USD invoice

Start with the invoice currency. If the supplier quotes USD, ask for its USD bank details. If it quotes CNY, agree on a USD amount with the supplier before paying; your own currency calculation does not change what the supplier is owed.

02

Check the beneficiary before paying a deposit

Compare the company on the invoice with the beneficiary in the bank details. If they differ, ask the supplier to explain the relationship and provide payment instructions naming the recipient. Do not replace the company name with the factory’s trading name.

03

Payment cost

Enter the amount due in USD, then choose USDT or USDC. The USD invoice and the amount debited from your wallet are separate figures. Review the conversion and payment fee before confirming.

04

After payment

Keep the invoice and payment reference together. Ask the supplier to confirm the amount credited and which invoice or instalment it settles. A payment being sent and the supplier being able to use the funds are different stages.

Payment questions

Calculate my payment
01The supplier quotes CNY but wants USD. What amount should I enter?

Ask the supplier to confirm the USD amount in writing or issue a USD invoice. Enter that agreed amount. The CNY exchange-rate estimate on another page is not an agreed invoice price.

02Can I use the Hong Kong account on a Chinese supplier’s invoice?

Use the Hong Kong payment page if that is where the beneficiary’s bank account is held. Check the beneficiary company against the invoice and clarify any difference with the supplier before paying.

03Does my supplier need a Unigox account?

No. The bank transfer goes to the company account you enter. Ask the supplier for its USD bank details and the exact beneficiary name.

04Will my supplier receive the full invoice amount?

Intermediary or receiving banks may deduct charges from a USD transfer. Agree with your supplier how those charges will be handled if the invoice must be settled in full.

05What is the minimum payment?

The minimum is 25 USD per payment. Enter the invoice amount in USD; the form calculates the wallet amount needed.
